Eavestrough Cleaning & Pressure Washing in Tiny Township, ON

We clear and flush eavestroughs, re-seat downspouts, and pressure wash siding, decks, and walkways. You get water running off the roof the way it should, a house that looks washed instead of weathered, and nobody from your family on a ladder.

What Eavestrough Cleaning Covers

We scoop the debris by hand, bag it, flush each run with a hose until it drains clear, and check that water reaches the downspout and leaves at the bottom. Loose hangers get re-screwed, sagging sections get re-pitched, split seams get sealed, and downspout extensions get pointed away from the foundation and the septic bed. We photograph any damage we cannot fix on the spot, such as a crushed section or a missing end cap, and price the part. Under the pines in Tiny, twice a year is the best schedule: once after the spring drop, once after the needles fall in October.

What Pressure Washing Covers

Vinyl and aluminum siding, decks before staining, concrete walks and steps, patio stones, fences, and the mildew that grows on the shaded side of every building near the bay. We use the pressure the surface can take: low and wide on siding and wood, higher on concrete.

We do not pressure wash roofs, because it can strip shingle granules, and we do not blast old wood decks hard enough to raise the grain.

Eavestrough Cleaning & Pressure Washing FAQs

  • Can you install gutter guards?

Yes, the mesh or screen type that clips under the shingle edge. Under heavy pine they still need an annual check, because needles bridge the mesh, but they cut the twice-a-year cleaning to once. We will tell you if your roofline is one where guards cause more ice trouble than they save.

  • Will pressure washing damage the siding?

Not at the pressure we use. Vinyl and aluminum get a wide fan at low pressure with a cleaner that lifts mildew, not a jet that forces water behind the panels. Painted wood gets washed, not stripped. If the paint is already failing, the washing will show it.

  • Do you clean the eavestroughs on a two-storey cottage?

Yes, with a proper extension ladder and standoffs. Three storeys or a steep lot on the bluff we look at first, and some of those go to a lift. Nothing on your property is worth a fall, ours included.
